Bylaws of ________________
Article I — Name and purpose
The name of this organization is ________________ (the "Club"). The Club exists to lease and manage land in or near ________________ County, ________________, for lawful hunting by its members, to promote safe and ethical hunting, and to support good wildlife and habitat management.
Article II — Membership
- Membership is limited to ________________ members in good standing.
- New members are admitted by a majority vote of the members present at a meeting, after submitting a membership application.
- A member in good standing has paid all dues and assessments, signed the current club rules and liability waiver, and is not under suspension.
- Members may resign at any time in writing. Dues already paid are not refunded unless the members vote otherwise.
Article III — Dues and assessments
- Annual dues are set by vote at the annual meeting based on the Club's budget, including the lease payment, insurance, and planned habitat and maintenance costs.
- Dues are due by ________________ each year. A member whose dues are not paid within 30 days of that date loses hunting privileges until paid and may be removed.
- Special assessments require a two-thirds vote of the members.
Article IV — Officers
- The officers are a President, a Vice President, and a Secretary-Treasurer, elected for one-year terms at the annual meeting.
- The President runs meetings, represents the Club with the landowner, and enforces the rules.
- The Vice President acts for the President when needed and oversees work days and property projects.
- The Secretary-Treasurer keeps minutes, the member list, and the financial records, collects dues, pays Club bills, and reports the Club's finances at each meeting.
- An officer may be removed by a two-thirds vote of the members.
Article V — Meetings
- The annual meeting is held before the start of each Club year, which begins ________________. Officers are elected, the budget and dues are set, and the rules are reviewed.

Article VI — Rules and discipline
The members adopt written club rules covering safety, check-in, stands, guests, harvest, and property care. Any game law violation on the lease may result in immediate suspension.
Article VII — Finances
Club funds are kept in an account in the Club's name and used only for Club purposes. Expenses over an amount set by the members require member approval. The Club keeps a reserve as the members decide, to cover a lost member or an unexpected cost.
Article VIII — Liability

Article IX — Dissolution
If the Club dissolves, its remaining funds are used first to pay its debts, and then divided equally among members in good standing, unless the members vote otherwise.
Article X — Amendments
These bylaws may be amended by a two-thirds vote of the members at any meeting, if the proposed change was sent to members at least 14 days before the meeting.
