What is Easy Lease?

Easy Lease is hunting club and lease management software. It replaces spreadsheets, group chats, and paper sign-in sheets with one platform for members, dues, harvests, digital leases, property maps, check-ins, rules, and insurance.

How much does Easy Lease cost?

Easy Lease is free for a single club with up to 5 members. Paid plans are $29/month (Club — 1 property, up to 25 members) and $99/month (Outfitter — up to 5 properties, up to 100 members). For large outfitters with many properties and hundreds of members, we offer custom Enterprise pricing — just contact us.

How do members join my club?

When you create a club you get a unique invite code. Share it with your members — they create an account, enter the code, and join your club with the right role instantly.

How many members can I add?

Up to 5 members on Free, 25 on Club, and 100 on Outfitter. Need more? Our Enterprise plan supports unlimited members and properties — contact us for custom pricing.

Can members log their harvests?

Yes. Members log harvests with species, weight, photos, and tag assignments, and you can switch between personal and lease-wide views.

Does Easy Lease include property maps?

Yes. Easy Lease uses Mapbox satellite and terrain maps. Add your property boundary plus stands, feeders, cameras, and food plots, and import or export GPX, KML, and GeoJSON files.

Can I collect digital lease signatures?

Yes. Upload your lease agreement and club rules, collect digital signatures with IP address and timestamp recording, and keep everything in one document library.
