Terms of Service

Effective November 6, 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and Easy Lease LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company (“Easy Lease,” “we,” “us”), and govern your use of the Easy Lease website and mobile apps. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Easy Lease provides software to help hunting clubs manage leases, members, dues, documents, maps, and related operations. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to breach security, access data you are not authorized to, disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, or use it to violate the rights of others.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service. You are responsible for the member data you enter and for having a lawful basis to do so. You may not post unlawful, threatening, harassing, or otherwise objectionable content. Report such content or abusive users to support@goeasylease.com. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Automatic renewal. Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose, at the price shown when you subscribe. Each period is charged in advance to your payment method until you cancel.

Plans bought on our website are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Billing → Manage subscription. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not refund partial periods except where the law requires it. If we change the price of your plan, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.

Plans bought in our iOS app are billed by Apple to your Apple Account. They renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings. Apple handles refund requests for those purchases, and Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app. Deleting your Easy Lease account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Dues payments collected from members are processed via Stripe Connect to the club’s connected account; Easy Lease charges a platform fee disclosed at the time of payment. Fees we charge directly are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Dues collection disclaimer

Easy Lease facilitates dues collection between clubs and their members but is not a party to those payments and is not responsible for disputes between a club and its members. Clubs are responsible for their own tax and legal obligations.

7. Hunting, land & safety

Easy Lease is software. We do not own, lease, manage, inspect, or control any land, stands, roads, or facilities, and we are not a party to any lease or agreement between a club, its members, and a landowner.

Hunting and other outdoor activities carry inherent risks, including serious injury and death. You are solely responsible for your own safety and conduct, and for following hunting, firearm, licensing, season, bag-limit, trespass, and landowner rules.

Maps, property boundaries, waypoints, GPS positions, and hunting-season dates in the service are approximations, entered by users or drawn from third-party sources, and may be wrong or out of date. Do not rely on them to decide where you may legally be or hunt, or for your safety. Confirm season dates and regulations with your state wildlife agency.

8. Electronic signatures & records

When you sign a document in Easy Lease, you agree to sign it and receive it electronically, and your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one. We record when you signed, your IP address, and a fingerprint of the document so the signature can be verified later. You can view or download documents you have signed in the app. If you would rather sign on paper, ask your club manager before signing. The club, not Easy Lease, is responsible for the content of its documents and for whether they meet its legal needs.

9. Copyright complaints

If you believe content in Easy Lease infringes your copyright, send a notice to our copyright agent: Easy Lease LLC, Attn: Copyright Agent, 201 Rue Beauregard, Ste 202, Lafayette, LA 70508, or support@goeasylease.com. Include your contact details, the work you claim is infringed, where the material appears in the service, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, a statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature. We remove infringing material when notified and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not a substitute for legal or insurance advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Lease LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injury, death, or property damage arising from activities on any property, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Easy Lease LLC and its owners and contractors from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the service, the content you or your club add to it, your club’s activities on any property, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in a small-claims court that has jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under the consumer-protection laws where you live that cannot be waived by contract.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify account holders of material changes by email or in the service before they take effect. Changes apply from the new effective date, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
