Terms of Service

Easy Lease provides software to help hunting clubs manage leases, members, dues, documents, maps, and related operations. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to breach security, access data you are not authorized to, disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, or use it to violate the rights of others.

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service. You are responsible for the member data you enter and for having a lawful basis to do so.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your billing settings. Dues payments collected from members are processed via Stripe Connect to the club’s connected account; Easy Lease charges a platform fee disclosed at the time of payment. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Easy Lease facilitates dues collection between clubs and their members but is not a party to those payments and is not responsible for disputes between a club and its members. Clubs are responsible for their own tax and legal obligations.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not a substitute for legal or insurance advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Lease LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect on the new effective date; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
